Gabriel earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston. Gabriel’s previous experiences include positions with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division and with the Small Business Administration in the Office of Disaster Assistance.
