Keith is a tax attorney and IRS Enrolled Agent with a background spanning tax preparation, wealth management, and nonprofit financial leadership. In the past, Keith served as chief financial officer for nonprofit organizations, worked as a financial advisor in the wealth management industry, and prepared individual and multistate business tax returns early in his career.  He has also taught accounting and tax courses as an adjunct instructor at the college level. Keith holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, an MBA and a master’s in accounting from Wilmington University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Widener University. He is a member of the Washington, D.C. Bar.
