Kiley joined TAVAS in 2019 with a background in complex commercial, civil, and appellate litigation. During her time in private practice, she specifically concentrated on vicarious corporate liability matters, estate planning and probate proceedings, and civil jury trials. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Purdue University Daniels School of Business, and earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University, during which time she served as a clerk to two federal judges at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. At TAVAS, Kiley enjoys applying her experience in writing, research, and analysis to the critical tax and asset protection issues facing TAVAS clients
