Elan’s dedication to excellence is evident through his attainment of the Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) credential. This credential is awarded to professionals who demonstrate mastery in conducting financial investigations and providing expert testimony. Furthermore, Elan has also obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential, highlighting his proficiency in the field of business valuation. Prior to joining TAVAS, Elan most recently served as Manager for ComStock Advisors and at Edelstein & Company, LLP prior to that. Elan has over a decade of business valuation experience working with various clients operating within industries such as, oil & gas, agribusiness, energy & utility, manufacturing, transportation, construction, retail, and health services. He has extensive experience performing business valuation for purposes including gift and estate taxation, potential sale, buy-sell agreements, shareholder buy-outs and buy-ins, synergistic acquisitions, ESOP, divorce, estate planning, succession planning, and litigation support.
