Craig Vantrease is a seasoned Valuation Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Business Valuation across a myriad of industries specializing in smaller companies with revenues ranging from $500,000 to $50.0 million. He has worked on several thousand valuation reports where he’s conducted in-depth analysis to normalize their financials to determine the fair market value of privately held enterprises across different economic life cycles primarily through Discounted Cash Flow, Capitalized Economic Income, and Company Comparable Analysis.  He currently serves as a Senior Valuation Manager where he oversees training and development of new valuation analysts in all aspects of their job function as well as reviewing valuation reports submitted by junior analysts. Craig holds an MBA from Ashford University and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) where he is an active member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
