Steven Block is a seasoned business and operations professional with a diverse background spanning construction, financial services, trading , and quality assurance. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Steven began his career as the owner of a cable television cable construction company, where he managed operations as well as contract negations. He later transitioned into the financial services industry, helping one of the largest banks in the world, Societe Generale establish and expand its presence at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he served in a leadership role overseeing trading operarions.

Drawing on his experience in the financial markets, Steven went on to establish his own trading firm at the Chicago Board of Trade. He later joined ISI, where he played a key role in developing a new department, ISBC, and creating a new revenue for the company. Most recently, Steven has taken on a new role in Quality Assurance at TAVAS, bringing in his broad experience in operations, business development, leadership and process management to the organization. Steven has demonstrated an ability to build new business opportunities, develop teams and operations, and successfully navigate complex and evolving industries.
